Is your business facing a skilled work shortage?
Lucky we are here.
Businesses with a diverse workforce report increased creativity, better decision making, higher profits and lower employee turnover.
By having access to the global workforce using the Australian work visas program, your business can sponsor talent from outside of Australia. There are short term (Subclass 400) and longer term solutions (Subclass 482/TSS, Subclass 494) options available. In deciding which visa is right for your business, there are some complexities to navigate. That’s where we come in to help you build a strategy that works.

Frequently asked questions
Other FAQs
It depends? Such a lawyer answer. We usually say, don’t plan for boots on the ground for less than 3 months away. This may be shorter with some visas. But, this is our conservative Carl’s estimate.
Yes and No. Again, such a lawyer answer. Essentially, yes if the person has an occupation on the Skilled Occupation List, this makes everyone’s life a bit easier migration wise. If the occupation is not on the magic list – then we start negotiating special agreements with the Department of Home Affairs.
Again, depends on the situation. Generally a work visa will allow a stay anywhere from 3 months to 4 years. The Skilled Occupation List generally determines the length of stay for a Subclass 482 visa, and the Subclass 400 visa is limited to a stay of up to 6 months.
Geez. We might need to update the SEO and website copy if this is actually a question. Haha. In short – YES WE CAN. That is what we do differently to all those other immigration providers – we find the humans that you don’t have to do the things that you can’t find Aussies to do.
